Unless otherwise specified, most of our jewelry is made with 316L Surgical Steel or 925 Sterling Silver.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

We offer a wide range of different materials for sensitive ears. Our jewellery is available in sterling silver, titanium, surgical steel etc. All jewellery is either nickel-free or nickel-safe and falls within EU regulations.

Our regular business hours for shipping and customer service are on Monday - Friday 9am-6pm(HKT) and limited service on Saturday and Sunday.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All item are Non-refundable

We have a damages return policy, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.

All of our items are carefully packaged and wrapped individually in bubble wrap. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. If a charm or chain is damaged upon arrival, please contact us to file a claim. Some items may have variations because they are handmade. However, in the unfortunate case that an item is damaged while shipping, we will happily assist you in resolving this matter.
